The Bar Council of Kerala has embarked on a journey, in the 1 st week of January 2022, to implement an integrated e-Governance system for automating the processes, workflows, and day to day activities of the BCK for enhancing the services for its stakeholders. The digital online services are aimed at creating ‘Simple, Moral, Accountable, Responsive and Transparent (SMART) governance for all the stakeholders of BCK.The system which encompasses the entire operations of the BCK, substantially increases efficiency and streamlines its interactions with advocates and bar associations, who are registered with the council.
The new SMART system for digitization & e-governance transforms the current governance procedures at BCK, facilitated by creative Information and Communications Technology systems, for providing efficient and timely services for advocates, bar associations and public. Now the advocates, bar associations and public can avail all the services provided by BCK through the BCK website and web portals. Starting today the services will be available, in phases.
